haven been posting for a long time
moi blog going to turn rotten liao
ok let mi summarise everything for the whole week
Monday
i didn't went to netball trainin
cos i lost moi voice
i tink is becos haf a bbq on fri
n went to malaysia on sat n sun
n ate too much durian tats why
heard tat today's trainin was tough
they did:
2 rounds up level 4
do 30 push ups
2 rounds up level 4
do 30 squats
2 rounds up level 4
and 30 sit ups
10 mins rest
2 rounds up level 4
30 star jumps
2 rounds up level 4
30 push ups
4 rounds round level 1
rest 15 mins
then court game till 9.55
i felt so lucky tat i was sick today!
then in the aftnoon
tiantian sms mi n ask whether i wanna go TPY centre
cos both small n big xinyi,stella,minfeng n tiantian wanna play cards but they dun haf
but i dun wanna go cos i was going to see a doctor at tat time
be4 tat they went to bowling
so guo fen nvr call mi go!
but nvm i very kind wan forgive them
Tuesday
i was better today
but was very boring at home
then i forgotten wat happen today
Wednesday
today went to trainin
i woke up at 6.45am
n went out at ard 6.15
i took the train be4 tiantian
but the bus we took was the same
today's training was nt tough
but we ran 2.4
my timing was 1 min plus more then my napfa wan
so sad
aft 2.4 we did our drills n haf court game
aft trainin Stella,Minfeng,tiantian and both big n small xinyi ask mi go big Xinyi's hse
but i don wan
cos i find myself too smelly n very sticky
then went home n went to bugis wif moi mum
i was lookin for bags
n was still considering which to buy
i haf 4 in mind to chose but in the end i went home without anything
Thurday
was sick again today
but i didn't went to any doctor
i was having flu but i went to Queensway wif moi mum n sis
after shopping moi sis bought a adidas sneaker at $83
actually should be $119
but there was 30% discount
i chose the shoe for her but didn't buy the shoe that i wanted
so sad
again i went home empty handed
Friday
today didn't went to trainin again cos i sick again!
haiz...haf been sick these few days
dun nod wat is wrong wif mi!
when i woke up in the morning @ ard 8.30am
saw tiantian sms
she oso didn't turn up for today's trainin cos her dad dun allow
then i went to see those chinese physician
they told mi nt to drink cold water aft excercise n nt to eat food wif food colouring
then went home...
nth to do so i was listening to the mp3 while surfing the net
cos my speaker spoilt
damn it
i tink tats all i haf to say...
now going to post in moi class blog...
